I toggled it on and then tried to remote again and it worked!!! But then next time I attempted to remote, I got the same error as before and it’s never worked since. So I went to “iCloud” and “private relay” which is a beta feature for iPhone. I thought for a moment it was some iTunes account setting that was causing the issue since both my iPhone and iPad failed to allow remote function. I mentioned port settings to technical support and they just keep telling me there’s nothing on their end that would block it. Same as another’s android FirstNet hotspot. But my iPad and iPhone FirstNet hotspots do not. Strange thing is, I’ve used my wife’s ATT phones hotspot and it worked. I looked at the list of ports that ATT blocks and none of the ones vmware horizon (4172,443) use are listed as blocked.
